Today is a good day.

Despite the fact that I was woken after four hours of sleep by silly people jumping on me demanding that I open the package that I got from China in the mail today. It was the dress that I'm using for my OC catgirl character cosplay at this October's MCM. Now all I need are the ears, which are on the way, and it's done! I'm so excited :3 There was a worry for a while that I'd end up not going because Jasper wasn't getting his arse in gear, then we sorted the entire thing (hotel, coach, tickets) in the space of a couple of nights. Woo.

I shall be going back to university soon. I'm not sure what to think about that. On the one hand, I'm glad to be going back because I'll finally be doing something with my time, but on the other hand, there's a lot of people that I was close with in my first year that it's now almost painful to be around. I suppose I'll manage. I always manage. I have some things to look forward to at least. I'm going to try for a scholarship to get onto a Masters degree course at Manchester. I'm not sure how to go about it, so I'm going to have to speak to my PT about it. Hopefully it's not one of those things where you have to apply ages in advance or I'm buggered! Haha. I also need a job. Well, not so much 'need' as 'should get a'. Yeah...
