I guess I can say that same. I don't actually mind them being rival-short-of-friendship, stuff like that. I just can't see the romance in this pairing, or rather say, I can't see England "loving" France.

But yeah, they can be friends. Beneficial friends, annoying friends, that they know each other so well they can turn to each other. Sex may happen, but to involve "relationship love", I can't see it happening.

I do look at FrUK doujinshi sometimes. Those I can tolerate are the ones where England remains IC and they at least would get annoyed at each other and bickers. But to have England being uke uke and head over heels in love with France, no thanks to me.
