I fully intend to write one. It's not the people I'm annoyed at, everyone I spoke to was really pleasant, but obviously their system is messed up. It shouldn't take two days to answer an email, I was never notified the first time I had an order coming (when I thought it wasn't) and then when they do try to send me a replacement it's one I don't want and never asked for.
