We the undersigned petition for the removal of a group/page on facebook.
The group/page is called - "DEAR LORD, THIS YEAR YOU TOOK MY FAVORITE ACTOR, PATRICK SWAYZIE. YOU TOOK MY FAVORITE ACTRESS, FARAH FAWCETT. YOU TOOK MY FAVORITE SINGER, MICHAEL JACKSON. I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW, MY FAVORITE PRESIDENT IS BARACK OBAMA. AMEN".
Now according to CNN facebook determined that the group was in fact not hateful or racist and would not be removed, so we are taking further action. We have looked over the page on numerous occasions only to see post after post containing racial slurs towards our President and it's offensive to all races.
Facebook should not be a forum that can be used to spread hate or racism, even more so considering children as young and impressionable as 13 can sign up. Please remove this group/page as it is a violation of the terms of facebook and a violation to society in general. We thank you for taking the time to read this and hope you will do what is right!
This man is not my President - I'm not American, but I think that the fact that this group exists, and is still being allowed to exist, is disgusting and completely goes against everything that America is supposed to stand for. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal.
I'm pretty sure it's also a federal offence.
