Quirck an eyebrow, you say? It made me facepalm. Sometimes I wonder about those people's priorities.

Besides, I think the therm "owner" makes people more concious of their 'propriety' than just "guardian", who has kind of a temporary feel to it. And who says propriety, says you take care of it, because it's yours.
