Is it just me, or is there something gratifying about seeing emails telling you someone's replied to an entry in your journal or a comment you've made?

Ahaha, YES. I'm glad I'm not the only ;A; I have always thought that I'm kinda insane feeling irrationally happy over that delightful "ping" sound when the " you've got mail" notification pops up. Oh yeah, I've typed up a sort of intro post at my lj, if you've missed it.
