After looking at unsafebet's cooking blog I decided to try and make eplekake by myself. She said that if it turned out badly her Finlandmuse would die laughing. It didn't 8) I have baked my first thing ever since high school seven years ago and it turned out awesome 8D

Haha, well, that's good! I like baking, but it often makes me feel like banging my head to the nearest flat surface, even though the end product often turns out well. /laughs

I recommend this, it didn't actually take very long at all. Maybe an hour from start to when I took it out of the oven.

That's cool! Not too long at all. :3 Where did you say the recipe to that was? I have tons of apples, you see (my parents have seven apple trees in their garden), and I really should do something with them.
