Wishing the weather would make up its mind...

It's been gorgeous all day, though I have to wonder why it couldn't have been like this when I had Labby over, when we were trekking through Leigh getting my prescription and such, and got absolutely drenched by the sheets of freezing cold rain. Yuck. I got my pills though... for £6 cheaper from ASDA pharmacy. Now, why didn't my doctor just tell me I could buy them for £1.79 insteady of paying £7.20 to get them off the NHS? Just shows you how much of a daylight robbery it is, ey.

Oh well.

I was out with my dad today, since it's my auntie Jo's 40th tomorrow, so we went to The Ross' Arms in Astley and had a nice meal. I had lamb. It was good. Then I talked to my grandad for a bit but I don't remember what about... maybe I wasn't actually paying attention - that wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. We went to my aunt's farm afterwards and I had to watch my cousin 'cause he was bouncing on the trampoline and he's only four, and has very little concept of danger. Thankfully he likes me enough to actually do as I say.

When we came home, I ripped six Rush CDs that dad had burned for me, and now have seven out of... um.. almost twenty Rush albums. Enough for me I reckon! Overheated my laptop to buggery though, doing them one after the other. I then tried to run a virus scan, which froze (irony?) and I had to close it. I should restart it again, perhaps.

Meh. I'll do one tomorrow, or next week some time.

So tired. I don't think I've slept properly in over a week. Maybe I should eat something. I'll go cook some potato wedges in a minute, when I'm done here. I swear I live on those things. Those and salmon and leek fishcakes. It's a balanced diet =P

Well, I'll go put those in, then either get writing, or go on Worms. Not decided yet.
