First of all, the Hetaween event was fantastic. My interest in and love of this fandom is totally through the roof now and I'm so glad I got involved. For anyone who didn't or who wasn't really following the event (though from the flailing on Twitter I know that several of you were) I saved all the comics and extras and put them up on mediafire here, translated of course (not by me), so if you want that then go for it.

I was going to go on this huge fansquee but I think that this entry by

kasumicc pretty much sums it up! So much love, so much of fans just being bros, so much of Himayura being amazing and everything was just fantastic and I AM NEVER LEAVING THIS FANDOM EVER.

I've been getting more into RPing, and as the America of a friend of mine was being badgered I made an England account. If any of y'all are into the FB RPing scene I now have three accounts pfffh.

Ah! I also made a couple of icons while the event was going on. I may go through all of the strips and make more, but I made these two.

Feel free to take either and use as you wish.

Now that the event is over I can finally get back to writing.

Also still have far too much writing to do oh god. I've rearranged/reordered my Fanfic Index post and added categories for fics I haven't even written yet because seeing them there will have a similar effect to having a parent or teacher look at you disapprovingly until you do something that you're supposed to.

I'm not doing NaNoWriMo because I know I'd fail at it. I don't have the motivation levels to write that much at the moment and whatever I managed to write would end up sitting in a folder gathering whatever the computer equivalent of dust is. I'm going to write a lot of other stuff instead. I hope.

Hmm what else.

I decided recently that I was going to abandon the idea of being a teacher. I just don't think I can handle it, which left me with an odd predicament, since the last five or six years of my life have been spent working towards that career choice. Instead, I've decided to get into editing, which I have no idea how to get into.

So I asked my professor at university, and to my surprise, she tells me that she's setting up something and she'll give me some concrete information after the weekend. Great stuff =D
